PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The ham is obtained from exclusively national meats, strictly controlled from a health and food point of view, to guarantee a product of the highest quality. The ham is processed and matured for a long time with a scrupulous quality control at every stage of the production chain: from salting to maturing. The result is a very high quality product for true connoisseurs.

It is obtained from the legs of heavy pigs, aged no less than nine months from farms in the typical production areas. Immediately after slaughter, the legs isolated from the carcass are refrigerated for at least 36 hours at a temperature between 1 and 4 ° C.
